Hmmm, that's weird. Our servers are running 128 tick no problem, and we're also using TCAdmin. Could you try posting one of the game server's command lines? Just replace the ip with x's. Go to the game server's Service Settings -> scroll down to 'Commandline' -> Click Preview -> Paste the commandline only.
