No, he is saying report the problem, sit down, shut up and wait.

That's what he is saying, tell them the issue and move forward. Even better
if you can find the actual issue, not symptoms, tell them so they can fix
it.

Mechanic -"Why's your car broken"

You -"It doesn't work"

I made it easy for you, let the mechanic figure it out and fix it. Don't
lean over his shoulder and tell him how your upholstery is tearing.

You dont consider the huge performance problems after the november update a
bug? :P'

This is exactly the right place to discuss it.

Hello people,

this list is not a forum. I'm sick of having to delete 20+ mails a day
containing nothing but complaints and discussions about pointless topics.
Please, if you want to complain to Valve, send them a mail. If you want to
discuss a private topic with someone else, mail that person directly.

It would be highly appreciated if you could keep the spam to a minimum. I
know the performance issues are frustrating, but this very list is
definitely not the right place to discuss and/or insult anything or anyone
in that case. I highly doubt the list is getting attention from Valve devs
at all, except for bug reports after a recent update. Use it to ask
questions regarding the servers and to help other people, not to complain
day after day about problems that have been known for over half a year now.
It's not going to change anything and it is very annoying to others.

Probably they get servers for free and density is not an issue on their end

Thats really pointless. Valve recently showed on TF2 that they rather throw
in money and run their own servers than let community servers, that helped
their games grow, have players on them.

So if we turn our servers off, nothing will change. Long term, their
solution will hurt them and us more they see now but nothing we can do about
it.

Pff, stop hosting csgo and valve will see it in the statistics. You are not
consistent enough. Only one provider has written, that he stopped with
hosting csgo servers. This is the first logical step, when they are ignore
us.

Yes everyone I'm sure Gabe himself will fix the performance issues
    if we keep posting.
