If they respond, then every day it's NOT fixed is "willfully ignoring the
problem".
If they don't respond, then every day it's NOT fixed is "not listening to
the problem".

I'm pretty sure they're fucked either way, and this (communicating only
when it's of high-value) is something they brought up during Steam Dev Days.
