Well if they respond then we would know that we reported the issues.I don't know how much more waiting we can do. Isn't 5 months enough? Until they respond, I will consider this problem unreported.

If you want to discuss a private topic with someone else, mail that person directly. It would be highly appreciated if you could keep the spam to a minimum. I know the performance issues are frustrating, but this very list is definitely not the right place to discuss and/or insult anything or anyone in that case. I highly doubt the list is getting attention from Valve devs at all, except for bug reports after a recent update. Use it to ask questions regarding the servers and to help other people, not to complain day after day about problems that have been known for over half a year now.
