High tickrates actually increase the maximum theoretical airstrafing
rate for reasons. When a server raises /sv_airaccelerate /a lot, it
starts to matter.
/sv_clockcorrection_msecs/ doesn't have an effect on actual physics like
that.

Why even use "100" 64 is enough or if you think you need more why not
go straight to 128. 64 tick with sv_clockcorrection_msecs 15 "feels"
like 128. Personally I use sv_clockcorrection_msecs 0 which also works
fine if every player has decent jitter

Hmm. I wasn't aware of that.
I swear when I tested 100 tick it was spastic with ramp glitchs and
net_graph showed 100 ticks not 102.4.

102.4 is the default if you add -tickrate 100 to the command line, so
we use 102.4

I get issues at 100 ticks also.
Have you tried 102.4 before?
From my exp with csgo. Its either 64 or 102.4 unless u want to
remove most maps that ramp glitch.

We have always ran our Surf DM servers at 100 tick, with minimal
issues. 128 tick is where we ran into problems.
I have still gotten caught since the path on our surf DM
server(just played a good 2 hours on it), but it isn't bad.

Does that mean we can run surf servers at higher than 64tick
with no issues now?
Also, Ido, please update the M4A1-S to include an extra
magazine, now that it costs the same as M4A4.
