Did you ran a plugin that modified players rank? Because those are
under restricted ones too.

banned. I don't know what process you guys used to hand out these bans

They got banned because they had custom knives (that didn't exist
in the
CSGO Universe), custom models, and other reasons.
The surf gamemode is allowed.
