This kills every color coding your IDE might have, fails when someone
uses " for any reason in the CSS and it means the CSS will not be
cached.

All CSS parsers will have these issues in one way or another, as the
comments on
http://www.icant.co.uk/articles/cssconstants/ explained in detail.
