I can't show you the actual page, but I can't point you to a similar example I just made:
http://interfacethis.com/misc/css-test/wide-page.html As you can see, with a normal window size the table is wider than the window. If you scroll the page to the right, the orange background stops. I need the orange background to continue the width of the table.
