I would prefer to use a filter for the latest version of Opera that will be a good long-term fix. Basically, Opera gives a few extra pixels of top-padding, on a form input, that I would like to compensate for... I can live with how it is now, but thought I would ask ya'll before I scratch it off of my to-do list. :)
