Certainly the capture services do provide a cursory "big picture" look 
at the page, and they are valuable to that limited extent. However, 
nothing beats testing in a "live" browser to see, for example,  if the 
floats drop with font-scaling, determination to see if the links are 
working as intended-- among a zillion other requirements one might need 
to know that can't be determined from a static image.
