Hello all,

I'm working on a page and I'm need of some assistance.

Look at it in anything but IE6 to see the correct look. I'm having issues
with the box borders in IE6. Specifically, in the "Online Extras" box, there
are 2 borders at the top and in the "News Briefs" box, there's a border
running across the middle of the box and the background tends to disappear
as a result of scrolling. I know there are also some issues with the spacing
in the header, but I think I can work those out myself. It's the other
issues mentioned that are baffling me. Also, I've got some IE sniffing/CSS
hacks already happening in the <head>.

Just as a heads up, the "Online Extras" and "News Briefs" ribbons are
relatively placed background images using a negative margin to achieve the
proper spacing. I'm wondering if this is the cause of the
border/disappearing background issues.

Any and all help is much appreciated.

CSS can be found in the usual ways.

Thanks in advance!
