Regarding browser support:
1/ Box Shadow <http://www.css3.info/preview/box-shadow/>
2/ Border-radius <http://www.css3.info/preview/rounded-border/>
3/ iframe-- works in IE/6.0, IE/7, IE/8, or any other browser.
Legal (valid) in html5. Write the markup same as you would for xhtm 1.0 
strict.
An iframe is also legal in xhtm 1.0 transitional.
