The green Enviromental Services logo is taller than the others. The li's enclosing the images aren't wrapping the images (according to Chrome inspector). WHen the last one wraps, it is stopped by the taller image. I was able to get what you are after by adding a height to the LIs so they are all the same. Probably other ways to achieve this.
