You might also take a look at the moderator's cv/clipbook. He's responsible for a couple of classics that I'm sure can be found in the secondary market. A lot of it is down to style.
O'Reilly Media contracted me last year to write a direct competitor to the title named above, which is currently stuck in a stage of production over which I have absolutely no control.
