It's actually a method I learned online, but I believe the premise was, screen 
readers usually size in px and they set the body font. So setting the body to 
px and using %, ems or rems elsewhere made it easier to control the fonts on a 
page. By no means am I saying this is the only way, just the way I do it. Works 
like a charm so far. :)
