There are 55 known validation errors which are related to 3rd party code as well as M$ gradient filter code. I can live with them unless they are actually causing my issue. The issue appears in Mac Safari Version 8.0.2 (10600.2.5) Yosemite. If you scroll down to the footer, the header appears on top of it. hover over a link in the footer and it changes.
