In a wired world, territorial entities are at a terrible disadvantage
compared to virtual/corporate entities.  The 'state', mini or maxi,
is a nice fat target.  It can't take evasive action.  "It ain't going
anywhere soon."  A virtual entity can relocate quickly.  Territorial
states are dinosaurs, too sluggish to survive in a fast-paced world.
