You have got this ass backwards. This isn't a case of Milosevic
doing. It is a case of what Germany and US/NATO have done to
Yugoslavia while thug Milosevic, a nationalist, was fighting to
prevent
the breakup of his country.
I have no sympathy for thug politicians, but the Serbs don't deserve
to
have their country stolen out from under them and then physically
devastated.
