Yes, whatever consenting adults choose to do in or with their lives is no
one's business...definitely not the government's...
After all, there is nothing that consenting adult homosexuals do that
consenting adult heterosexuals don't also indulge in...

This "well, I'd support their cause if they weren't so rude" argument has
been used against every group over the decades that has sought to gain their
civil rights. Unfortunately, polite requests always results in maintainance
of the status quo...
And that goes back to the days of the American Revolution...the American
Colonists time and again politely petitioned the Crown to address and redress
their grievances...but it wasn't until certain colonists utilized "in your
face" tactics that the Crown took notice... ;-)
