Not to mention sacking, looting, and burning down the mansion of the king's
appointed governor of the Massachusetts colony, who narrowly escaped with

Who has the most to benefit by stirring up the masses to bicker about
petty differences?
Divide and conquer...
Get a certain segment of society worked up into a lather over 'the
queer problem', and in turn get a certain segment of the gay community
worked up to counter in kind...
While we're fighting amongst ourselves, we can't become an effect force
to fight the REAL problem people...

No homophobe here...but I was sort of surprised to see the 'rainbow trout'
windsock I've had for years recently on sale at Ebay, described as a
'symbol of gay pride'...
Not that it will stop me from using it as line candy on my kites, but now
I'll know I'm flying a gay fish... ;-)

I feel that it's nature's way of controlling population growth...a certain
percentage of the population is attracted to the same sex as a way of
keeping procreation within certain limits.
