-Caveat Lector- Ya I noticed that they completely forgot about Red Dragon too. Although I thought the premise of this article was forward-worthy. We pull for Hannibal because he only eats, kills, dissects, messes with (you choose) bad people. The movie is NOT going to be Silence of the Lambs, a masterpiece, IMHO, of psychological suspense, it is far more gory and concentrates way more on Hannibal than Clarice or any other character of the series (hence the name Hannibal). Hopkins makes the movie work, otherwise this might pan out to be another Scream or Halloween or Friday the 13th blood saga. Julianne is no Jodie Foster, John Hinkley would attest to that. It is interesting though how the premise of the article is that society has found a new sort of hero in Hannibal.
