troops, called "Republican Guards" surrendered in
Kuwait at the end of Desert Storm. They were
imprisoned
in a compound in Saudi Arabia for several months.
They asked president Bill Clinton for political
asylum in the U.S. Slick Willie granted it and
allowed them to come and settle in the U.S.
They settled in groups in several U.S. cities.
Guess where one large group of these former Iraqi
soldiers settled?
Any idea?
Oklahoma City ...a few months prior to the
bombing of the Murrah Federal Building.
