Happens here on the freeways all the time. Car hits bridge abutment, car and
driver die. Highway patrol investigates and determines that driver was under
the influence of pharmaceuticals.
The really gory accidents involve motorcycles and riders who have smoked too
much weed along with their beer and forget to wear their helmet. The corner
gets to pickup most of their brains with a spatula.
BTW your orginal post did not limit the discussion to just weed.
