-Caveat Lector-
dear oh dear- well, at least with a bit of backtracking you managed to get
here at last.

on the contrary- i was pointing out that YOU were making MY point. you
initially said that hemp was not cannabis- now you are saying that it IS.
put it this way- i can select the seeds from my (grown for fruit) plants and
grow somew more. usually i would select the young plants that are squat and
bushy and ditch the tall gangly ones. but this time i could save the gangly
girls and mate em with the gangly boys. over a period of time i will produce
`grown for flesh` plants instead of `grown for fruit` plants, the thc
content will be low and i can put a sticker on it with the word "hemp" on
it.
now- you fuck off and try and do the same with two chihuahuas and come back
to me with a great dane after 10 generations.
hemp IS marijuana IS hemp
i take your point about the government's blinkered view about cannabis. i
think the naivety of the seperation rationale (although i can see why you
may wish to try it) is underlined by what made cannabis illegal in america
in the first place- logging companies needing to force out the hemp
producing companies. they embarked on a long and diseased campaign to
reinvent what people think cannabis is. it worked. i have not got the
references to hand- but i can get them if anyone is interested (i am sure
such stuff will be in ctrl archive?)
so i am kinda apathetic about this seperation thingy.
same as i am annoyed about the idea of producing laboratory cannabis to give
MS sufferers who find it relieves their pain.... for the simple reason that
i reckon that there is not only one part of the drug that helps them - the
idea is that they want to isolate the bit that helps MS and remove the bit
that makes someone high but i do not believe that is possible- i think the
physical effects and the emotional effects all contribute to the relief.
if the political will is there then seperation becomes futile. as does
chemically prodiuced thc. (which will fail)

you are mixing and matching your names. hemp is cannabis is marijuana. out
of all of them cannabis is probably the most technically acceptable- but all
are the same thing. just different names for the one plant.
>They are *different varieties* as you have

same'.
you are so great at pointing out people's stupidity by putting them down-
yet you have consistently shown yourself to be ill informed. you should have
taken the warning on rudeness before you made another fool out of yourself.
putting people down when you are actually talking shite never makes you look
good.

see above steve- you insult me with this analogy.

no it isn't. don't put it on them- they know it is the same thing. trying to
seperate cannabis into two plants was down to campaigners like yourself for
political reasons (noble as they may be) to try and educate the public as to
the almost miraculous and myriad uses that cannabis in all it's forms has.

shyearight.... the arrogance of some people is gobsmacking.

yes I

no you don't or you wouldn't be frowning- you would be sleeping :)
smoke some more.
