Please consider these examples.
Imagine speaking to an expert Swiss watchmaker in
the year 1950. This person knows all about the fine
precision 21-jeweled workings of a state-of-the-art
watch at that time. If you told the watchmaker, that
watches of the future would not need to be wound-up,
would not have a mainspring, would not have little
balancewheels and levers...would not have any moving
parts...and would not even need any hands...and that
these watches would have an accuracy of plus or minus
one second per month.....well that watchmaker would
probably think you were crazy...probably laugh at you,
perhaps get angry with you....and tell you to
"get lost" and would not talk to you any more.
Such a reaction is understandable.
What you told the watchmaker was absolutely correct.
You described a modern quartz-crystal watch with an
LED readout. The watchmaker would know nothing about
such technology and so it would sound "ridiculous".
Before the invention of the microwave oven, it
would have sounded impossible to bake a large
potato or to thaw and cook frozen food in just
a few minutes.
But what was impossible in 1950 is a common everyday
occurance today. The computer you are using to
read this email would have seemed like a miracle
in 1980.
Now, about weather control and climate modifying
technology. Please consider the following quote
from an Official U.S. Air Force Research Paper:
