I think the previous post is chock full of disinformation Sam. For one
thing...SAC/NORAD doesn't handle these kinds of things. It falls under the
balliwick of the ADC-USAF. Also, the only possible protection from a low
level assault like that would be some sort of defense perimeter with long
range spotters trained to look for unusual aerial activity. Radar and
infrared would simply encounter too much interference so close to ground
level. Does the phrase "flying under the radar" ring a bell?
