In late 1999 Hal Fox, with his Journal of New Energy, did a most marvelous
thing for the struggling scientists of the AIAS. He published in one
special issue some 60 of these papers. He still has some of that issue of
the journal available, and has cut the price down from $45 to $25 to try to
close them out. He operates on a minimal budget and it would be most
helpful to him. He has also published many of my papers, very graciously.
I'd also like to highly recommend the Journal of New Energy as a "must"
journal for anyone interested in energy from the vacuum to subscribe to.
