......half true & half not. will become more clear after the next blurb..

precisely. the ruckus society is one of a handful of organizations set up by
the corporate elite to discredit the "anti-globalization" movement; it's
sole purpose is to protray activists as window-breaking thugs and thus
discredit them in the eyes of the masses.

ted turner, as you know, is also still heavily involved with cnn [which he
founded but has since sold]. the idea is to create organizations, such as
the ruckus society, to infiltrate "the movement".....then broadcast their
criminal actions on cnn and use it to discredit the entire movement. "the
movement" calls these people "agent provacateurs" and is convinced they are
ultimately being funded by the cia - it's much easier, they're being funded
by cnn! overall, it's similar in approach to what the "bolshevik bankers"
were doing in the 1910's.

that's why people who have spent large amounts of time legitimately trying
to create a movement opposed to global capitalism, such as jello biafra and
ralph nader, have absolutely nothing good to say about the ted turners,
george soros', etc of the world.

turner also gets flak from the left for his position on animal rights,
particularly his stance on leather, & his see-through environmental schemes.
his decision to buy large tracts of land in the midwest, which he says is
some kind of environmentalist action, has been much publicized; however the
"coincidence" that these tracts of land are situated directly in the path of
a network of cable lines that he was unable to build before buying the land
has not been. his donations to the united nations have been much publicized;
the conditions [exclusive media rights] were not.

the first guy had it right - turner pretends to identify with the left; but
every one of his "leftist" policies are merely coverups for his
self-advancing, corporate agenda. he made that very clear in the mid 80's
when he made it his business to go out and crush independant music labels.
he is, truly, a neo-fascist.......but *not* a leftist nut!
