Judism is a religion. I know that there are Jewish Americans, French Jews, Mexican Jews, etc. etc. In any event, the only Jews that "need" a homeland are the Jews that presently live in Israel. Whether or not Israel should have been created in 1948 is a moot issue. It exists. Israelis (both Jewish and Moslems) have a right to live in peace within the pre 1967 borders.
