In chromium and google-chrome there is a setting "use system title bar" or something like that. I've noticed that chromium, and google-chrome, have no title bar, regardless of how this is set. I compared to twm and there is always a title bar, regardless of how it is set. I am not sure if this is a bug with ctwm.
Also the chromium/google-chrome menu button doesn't work in either twm or ctwm.
