I've seen it for the past few versions. It's probably tied in with the _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS changes (released in 4.1.0, somewhat amusingly to fix a _previous_ FF bogosity). I suspect at a glance that the inclusion of frame_bw in the left/right/bottom bits may be the salient bit. Haven't tried experimenting with it yet. It also apparently shows up on gradual ratcheting down of saved window sizes across multiple restarts too. Just for fun. At apparently the same time, it also started doing bad cursor position sensing when fullscreened. Probably for related reasons; it's off by what feels like the titlebar height. This probably wants to be part of a broader question about futzing with window decorations on fullscreen windows... A bit annoying, since it feels like it means FF's understanding of what to do with _NET_FRAME_EXTENTS has changed across versions. I guess that's why we have standard that are clearly written and well-understood. ... also, a pony. -- Matthew Fuller (MF4839) | [email protected] Systems/Network Administrator | http://www.over-yonder.net/~fullermd/ On the Internet, nobody can hear you scream.
