The same. In general, any bug should be fixed in the HEAD first and then
pushed to all applicable branches (slightly modified, if necessary). If
somebody finds a bug in a branch, the first action should be to check if the
same bug is in the HEAD and fix it there first. Simple rule, and avoids
double-checking the HEAD and the branches for fixes.
