Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.521 to 1.522
* copy-src/cdebug/cdebug.h: added conditional CDEBUG macro
* copy-src/helpers/gtk-helpers.c,
* copy-src/helpers/gtk-helpers.h: added a tree helper function and
gtk_widget_get_extends
* data/criawips.desktop.in: added GNOME and GTK categories
* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: fix a warning and the copyright
message (closes bug 330725)
* src/widgets/cria-sidebar.c: try to improve the right-click behaviour
* src/widgets/cria-slide-editor.c: whitespace fixes
* src/widgets/cria-slide-show.c: use a GdkColor from the heap not the
stack
