* configure.in: use HERZI_CHECK_DEVELOP_CFLAGS
* macros/herzi-cflags.m4: added a new macro (sync'ed with other
projects of me)
* src/dom/cria-theme.c: fix compilation
* src/widgets/cria-slide-editor.c: use dispose, not finalize
