Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.514 to 1.515
* src/dom/cria-block.c: improve the is_empty function
* src/io/cria-presentation-parser.c: perform a bit faster, don't
provide misleading debugging information
* src/io/cria-presentation-writer.c: write color information, fix
position writing, write master element information, fix a null pointer
dereference, write only non-empty blocks
* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: ask for replacing files even if they
haven't been saved yet
