* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-rtl_ustring-cs.diff:
rewrite, drop UStringPtr, make UString struct. Make a consistent
set of static method wrappers for the sal functions.
* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-bridge-cs.diff: use UString.
(MapManagedToUno): release UString after use.
(MapToUno): update for stricter marshaller.
* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-binaryuno-cs.diff: update
