Make patch editing in show_bug.cgi actually work now.
* process_bug.cgi: remove flag stupidity, have changes to patch
status get reflected in the attachment and bugs_activity tables
(kinda hacky as it doesn't use $dbh stuff, but the other parts of
this code doesn't either)
* Bugzilla/Attachment.pm: fix a small bug -- make sure to special
case the checking of obsolete so that we can get the status_name
set correctly
