* editusers.cgi:
Add error checking on the existence of products for the
maintainer_of field
* template/en/custom/browse/main.html.tmpl:
Break the useful links into some subsections, don't ever show both
edit the product link and the describe the components link (since
editing the product will show the component descriptions as a side
effect), add a link to file a bug and one to the triage guidelines
