Handle links for errors more gracefully: don't put the link in
QueryParse, do the html_quoting in query.cgi and remove it from
the template, add some hacks to manually add the link in the three
cases we want it in query.cgi
* describekeywords.cgi:
* template/en/default/reports/keywords.html.tmpl:
Don't show bug counts; they're lame here
