Yes, for subjects starting "darcs patch".

Patches do go through, and the way we detect patches is to look for
subjects starting "darcs patch".

As far as I know we can't change the bounce message.

As far as I know we can't do that either (and unless we can put a link
to the archive in the message it would be a pain anyway).


If anyony knows how to do any of the above with mailman (in a way that
won't get splattered on upgrade), please let me know.
