No, it edits the patch *bundle* description, which is the body of the
e-mail, not in the attachment.

despite rumours to the contrary,-) the patch bundle description,
while different from the patch description, is not the body of
the email. as demonstrated by the patch i just sent, both are
included in the email attachment, leaving an empty body.
