That is the name of the zipped application files, not any CB-specific software. The file you need to open is CBPlay.exe or CBDesign.exe. You probably no longer have any unzipping software on your PC, which is why you'd get that type of error message. The file you are trying to open needs WinZip to run properly. Download a copy, then try running that file again. But this time, remember where it unzips to, since that is really where CB is loaded.
