I take it you are trying to open this from a desktop icon?

If so, I suggest you delete that icon, since it clearly isn't doing any good.

Hit Start, Search, Files and search for CBPlay.exe

When you find it, run it to see if it opens, and then create a desktop shortcut 
to that file..

Thanks for your question.  When I try to open the Cyberboardv303 I 

get this:



C:\Documents and Settings\Will Green\Desktop\ cyberboardv303. exe is 

not a valid Win32 application.



When I hit the "OK" button the whole box disappears, and no program 

emerges.



Any insight from this point?
