Microsoft - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WUCRTUPD.EXE can determine in about 15
seconds every file that is installed and not installed on a 10
gigabyte hard drive. it does not scan the entire drive. that
information is stored in a *.dat file. give us a break.
