I have tried CT and every other timing software ever mentioned on this 
newsgroup.  I have not had any luck with any of them.  I now use a pencil 
and paper, which works great for me.  We have 20 computers my customers come 
to the office (in front of the computers) and sign in with me, I chat with 
them, and they get to know the staff.  They sign out when they leave.  Of 
course they pre-pay the first hour before using the computers.

It is easy for me since everyone coming and going must pass the office 
first.
