[cc] Break even and Census info

Hi, folks, 

Can any of you tell me when a cybercafe starts making money?
Is that months from the start, or are we talking years? 

I have been searching the net for demographic information.
Apart from US Census, which most recent information is dated 1997, 
and www.freedemographic.com, are there any other places online
where I can get this type of information?
