Thank you Kinnie for the invite and the encouragement. I have been trying to step up my rides since the thrashing Nick gave me on 5.14.09 ~16m ride that broke me in. Then one day Tim showed up w/ a fixed gear and I learned quickly I had a ways to go. I have ~600 miles since Nick, mostly flat land rides. Hills are a challenge.
The last thing I want to do is slow yours/Tim's training down. Tim, I know the Red Oak area pretty well. The terrain is constantly rolling. Do you think I should/could try at least 1 loop of this ride? ...w/o hurting your planned pace. I can handle the truth. :) On Sep 1, 1:19 pm, Chris Hawley <[email protected]> wrote: > What time thursday.I might try to make it.It's been a while since I hooked up > with you guys > > Chris H. > > ________________________________ > From: Tim Lucas <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Sent: Tuesday, September 1, 2009 12:12:56 PM > Subject: [COWs] Re: daytime rides > > Due to the length of the ride and the very > windy conditions tomorrow we are moving the ride to Thursday morning.
