Thank you Kinnie for the invite and the encouragement.
I have been trying to step up  my rides since the thrashing
Nick gave me on 5.14.09   ~16m ride that broke me in.
Then one day Tim showed up w/ a fixed gear and I learned
quickly I had a ways to go. I have ~600 miles since Nick,
mostly flat land rides.  Hills are a challenge.

The last thing I want to do is slow yours/Tim's training down.

Tim, I know the Red Oak area pretty well.  The terrain is
constantly rolling.  Do you think I should/could  try at
least 1 loop of this ride?  ...w/o hurting your planned pace.
I can handle the truth.  :)
