Steve Brake, DC, Jon and Mark(works with Jon)
Some head wind and a little smoke from the fire at the coast, but it was a nice
fast paced ride.  21 miles at 21+.  Steve had already done a 30mile pre ride
and
was still able to hang on.  DC finally found his legs after a week of poor
riding and running.  Jon is taking advantage of those new aero bars (I knew I
should have put ex-lax in his water bottle) Mark is a great rider and I wish he
could join us on the weekends so he could meet more CoWs, but he lives in
Raleigh.

Side note:  I hear Linda has been doing some secret training at lunch this
week.

Subject: [COWs] Wednesday Morning Ride

Bob L, Steven Brake and Thomas Smith left OSB at 9:30 for about 30 miles at a
steady 17.5 pace.  Had to keep the route short due to work and to get Steven
back in time to meet the Lunch box group.  West Hornes Church/Liles/97/Old
Bailey/Bend of the River/Tar River Church.  Nice ride on a beautiful morning.
Welcome to the group Steven and Thomas; we hope to see you back often.--
