Did 21 miles at a recovery pace. 18 avg. All I have to say is this. OUCH! I have to use my hand to twist my left foot out of the petal clip. If I don't then its another OUCH! In a big way. Ill try again tomorrow. I can't wait to ride with everyone again. I miss the group rides.
