With the summer winding down, school starting soon, and morning
daylight becoming a commodity, the opportunities for high output pre-
work rides is likely nearing it's end. I have participated in several
spirited rides this summer and have enjoyed the group pushing up into
the mid-23 mph realm. I believe, however, that our group can push
beyond the 23.5 current maximum barrier and approach the holy land of
24.

So this is my challenge to all the hammer heads! Friday morning, I
say we set a new COWs record for average speed on a ride over 20
miles! We roll out at 6:20am for a FAST and HARD ride. We will start
the clock when we go by the Mobile (Texico) to give us all a chance to
warm up a bit. Pulls will be short as we rotate through regularly.
All are welcome of course, but know when you show up that this will be
high output the whole time.

So I ask...Who Is With Me???!!!
